Excel crashes on startup
Excel crashes when opening a file. The file flashes on the screen briefly, then disappears and the program is closed. Initially it was only one file, and I was able to access it using Excel in Safe...
I'm not sure if this will help, but it certainly won't hurt any more 🙂
Start Excel in safe mode and uninstall (uncheck) all add-ins.
Close Excel, restart a PC and start Excel normally.
