Excel Column

Hello, I would like to know how to change a columns name to make my formulas easier 

ex : I want one of my column to be named "Speed" so that when I put a formula Instead of "A1+...." it Says "Speed1+...."

Column = A -> renamed "Speed"

Row = 1

I  just want to change the name of column to be less confused and see my mistake faster
