Excel Colouring cell nightmare
Hi, I am getting to the stage when i will have no hair left to pull out.
I have put a spreadsheet toghter (See Below) to show employees training records, i have used "Conditional Formatting" to show if a course is in date (Normal), going out of date (Orange) and expired (Red) but i also want to change the persons name to red if they have any course expired or orange if any are going out of date. any help would be greatfully received.

- In conditional formatting you will need to add 2 new items with custom formulas both applied to the names (I think that would be A13:B50 or maybe also include col C?):
format red: =MIN($F13:$M13)<TODAY()
format orange: =MIN($F13:$M13)<=TODAY()+30
