Excel cannot create or use the data range reference
Hi,
I am facing this error when i m filter my data and press Alt+;(semicolon).
please help me to resolve this.
I tried sort formula A to Z and Z to A, but it not worked.

Use data that can be selected in one contiguous rectangle.
• Use data from the same sheet.

This error message appears when Excel cannot create or use the data range reference because it is too complex.
You get that "data range too complex to display" message when the ranges that the chart uses are not contiguous or are on different sheets. Check if the chart uses are not contiguous.
If this doesn’t work…you mentioned that you tried sorting formula A to Z and Z to A but it didn’t work. You can try sorting(by A to Z or Z to A.) based on the filter column first and then check the result.
