Excel Candlestick Chart Up Bars

I am using the stock history function to call stock data for the past 6 months and then create a candlestick chart. The problem is the chart doesn't have up bars only down bars. However, when I use another api to call the stock data, I get the up bars. I am wondering if the problem is the headers of the external api, adjusted close, and excel's stock history function, close.
