Excel and Julian Date - has something change recently

Hello Thomas - I actually discovered that it is a MSO issue with Excel both in version 10 and 13. The fix simple - pressing the Ctrl key with the Tilde key simultaneously and the Julian number show now in the desired date format. Thank you for the work around.
