Excel Add-In Error

Hello, I encountered an input error (#NAME?) from a thrid-party data Add-In in recent. I activated and got the interent connected but still failed to pull the data out. Was wondering is there anything I can try from my end or it must be resolved by the vendor? Many thanks.

    From your description I don't understand exactly what you want to do with the external add-in, but as a simple amateur approach, try turning off the external add-in and then try again with the formula.
    Is just a simple approach to locating the problem.
