Excel 365 will not let me update stock data as I have done for years. It says I need to associate a

Excel 365 will not let me update stock data as I have done for years.

It says I need to associate a different account?

I cannot believe Microsoft sent me here after hours in an unsuccessful chat.

What am I supposed to do here?

Very frustrated right now. Problem not fixed

    Frustrated_Ed I have the same problem after using this function for years. Could not fix it and I got around it by saving the file in one drive and then I can refresh the data in the cloud.

    I have only been using this service for a couple of months now, but I am having the same issue. I have tried logging out, rebooting, restarting, and logging in and I still get the same issue. There doesn't appear to be any information available to fix this other than what I've already tried.
