Excel 2016 using FORECAST ETS

Hi

Thinking of using the new forecasting module in the 2016 excel. It asks for data in columns, can the forecasting be done for data in rows or do I have to reconfigure the rows. I have 10,000 lines and 12 monthly periods, is the forecast module in excel the best to deal with this volume.
