Excel 2016 and macro

Hi,

I've problems with my excel 2016 file.
When i use it, on my computer it's ok. On others computers, sometimes, yes, sometimes no.
But, i don't undestand why.
Computers have Windows 10, Excel 2016, the same tools, the same firewall, antivirus...


If you have some ideas, i take it!!

    I forgot explanations but all was on the title.

    The file is .xlsm

    When users open it, sometimes it's ok, sometimes isn't.

    I don't understand why.

    Computers, profils, OS, Office... are same but not the results.

      Without knowing exactly the digital environment and without a file (without sensitive data). I can only guess.
      Does it only happen in the same file?
      Does it happen in the same PC's?

       

      Since the problem occurs with .xlsm files, my guess is that the files are malfunctioning depending on the object.

      Maybe the Objekt library is not the same in the PC's.

        But, this, is ok too.

        I try to understand why... i try many things... For instance :

        I try to delete user profil.

        I try with admin account

        ...

        Same file, same macro and different behavior...
