The #NAME? error means that the function name isn't correct, or the function itself isn't compatible with your current version of Excel.
For example, if you try to use https://support.office.com/en-us/article/days-function-57740535-d549-4395-8728-0f07bff0b9df in Excel 2010, you will see the same error because it was introduced in Excel 2013.
Also, there are some functions currently exclusive to Excel 2016 with Office 365 subscription such as:

If you try to use these functions in Excel 2016 with the one-time purchase offer, you will see the #NAME? error as well.
