Excel : somme avec chiffre + texte

Bonjour bonjour !

 

J'ai une petite question.

Je cherche à faire une somme avec des valeurs qui inclue chiffre et texte (exemples : 1- médioce, 2-moyen, 3-bon... etc). J'ai mis un screenshot pour que ce soit plus explicite.

Est-il possible de faire ça avec Excel ?

    As @PReagan has shown you, the answer to your initial question is "Yes.." It is indeed possible for Excel to break apart the number's value from the rest of the text and to add those up.

     

    But, especially since the text that is there is essentially a translation, a verbal version of the number's value, it really would make a lot more sense for the longer term to break the two apart. Perhaps have a table somewhere with the words associated with each value, accessible using VLOOKUP when a translation is needed.

     

    You can always assemble a line that includes the number and text.

    Assuming there is a " " after each number, then that could be:

    =SUM(NUMBERVALUE(LEFT([Your_Range],FIND(" ",[Your_Range])-1)))
