Excel - capturing positive and negative numbers.

Hi,

It's about adding the column A1. The difference is that Excel sums up numbers of the same value and captures the error. The error is a number that has no pair (the pair is a number with + and -) As in the attached file. I need to leave in the large file only counts that are not a pair. Is there an option in Excel?
