Error when connecting to SQL server through excel

Hello all, I am getting an error when trying to connect excel to sql server. I have attached the image of the error. I need to fix this error. Any help is appreciated Barath

It looks like you need to (re)install certificate. Please check https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Desktop/provider-SSL-provider-error-0-The-certificate-chain-was-issued/td-p/354074, that's for Power BI desktop, but with Excel is the same story.
