Error in Time when using formula

I would first try just +1 and if you have it formatted to only show TIME then it won't matter that you shifted to a different day and if you go back a day it won't go negative
If that is an issue you can do the above +1 shift and then take the whole number off so
=MOD(1+D10-(1/24), 1)
