"Employee Attendance Record" template

I have downloaded the "Employee Attendance Record" template.  I need to add the number of hours remaining.  Does anyone have an idea on how to accomplish this?  Thank you.

    Could you post that file (or a link to it) so we don't have to go searching for it. There may be multiple templates with the same or similar name.
