Efficiency request - Splitting sheet by owner

Hello, 

I am looking to create a sheet for each sales rep to be able see just the accounts they own. 

Currently I've been manually duplicating the sheets and doing 5 minute of cleaning to get it to a view that was just the reps while maintaining the existing drop downs and formulas. 

Would love some advice on how to automate creating the separate sheets per user.
