Dynamically Update and Filter Text

Hello Everyone,

I am working on excel 2019. I created a report where the results of my survey are dynamically transferred from my pivot table to my report. 

When I change the filter on my pivot table (which is the name) everything updates perfectly on my report.

The problem: I have text format in my survey.

I would like to automatically update my report using the text when I change the filter.

I tried Vlookup, hlookup, index match. Nothing seems to work
