Dynamic filter across sheets

Hi all,

Fairly new to excel and I am trying to piece together a stat collation spreadsheet which works in conjunction with office forms. However, due to how the form has been set up, my locations are split into different columns and I am having trouble trying to create a dynamic filter on a separate sheet within the same workbook. 

My goal is for it to look like the screenshots. Pulling data from the 2nd screenshot onto the first when the specific location is selected from the drop down. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
