JimGMac I am still having this problem. My IT depart is the government, so I can't really contact them. I tried to download the 365 version the school offers, and they said they did not enable any type of limitations. In fact, if I use the school's web version it works fine.
Still at a loss why this isn't working. I'm running 16.64.
Education licenses offer limited features. There are even different education licenses. I would not expect all features with an education license.
