dont want today or now formula to updated the date but still want the formula working

=IF(COLUMNS(H4:S4)=1>=10000,NOW(),"")

 

how to make or is there other formula to show only date when i insert a value in the column and make the date dont update if im not enter a value to the column.... i dont want the last paid date updated everyday
