Don't show Screen Tips setting doesn't work. How to stop them?
I recently migrated to a new laptop but have previously used Office 365 for years. After migration I keep getting annoying screen tips about doing things I already know how to do.
I read that going into Options - General - User Interface options - Screen Tip Style and selecting "Don't show Screen Tips" would end this behaviour but it hasn't worked.
I have closed and reopened Excel since applying that setting and the setting is active, yet I keep getting Screen Tips.
Is there a way to stop them?
