Dollar amount converter

Hello all,

I am trying to create 5 cells starting from left to right. Starting left to right the amount is .00, .10, .50, 1.00, 10.00. I would like to have it change the data going left to right once it reaches a thresh hold. for example the thresh hold for the far left (.00) is .09. Once the amount reaches .10 it will change back to .00. The next cell was .00 and is now .10. and this will go on to the end self changing and self resetting. Is this even possible?
