Selecting C2:C4 and creating data validation with source =INDIRECT(B2) works fine for me:
Strange. I can only think that it must be something that makes Office 365 different to normal Excel then, because that exact text just refuses to work. I have to add the dollar signs to get it to do even let me accept it.
I don't have Excel proper, so I'll just have to try a different method I guess. Thank you anyway.
