I'm an expert in Excel, so don't worry, the sheet is not protected in whatever way :-)
Try it yourselve;
* make a table in a sheet with a couple of rows
* try to delete an entire row where the row also has a row of the table in it
* you will recieve an error message that the row can't be deleted.
