Define project in MS Excel

Hello!

I have to solve a Project Management Problem using Excel. 

I'm trying to find the window "Define Project" where I have to put number of activities, max predecessors, number of resources and time measure. After that, in the working sheet I'll press "Solve" to see the solution. Can you please help me to find this Define Project window? I think it's an Add-In but I can't find which or how to install it.
