Default font
How can I set the default font (type face and size) for an Excel workbook?
I am trying to use Arial 10 but whenever I use Control X to cut before pasting, the cell I cut from reverts to a default font of Times New Roman 12. I'd like to set the workbook to always use Arial 10.
Modify the Normal style to use the font settings you prefer.
You can specify the default font for new workbooks in File > Options > General:
