Sorry, had it the wrong way around. First formula:
=H157-(WEEKDAY(H157)=6)-(WEEKDAY(H165)=6)
Second formula:
=H165-(WEEKDAY(H165)=6)

You are amazing! Thank you so much! Did you learn how to do the formulas on your own or take a class? Excel is still one of those things that I can work around but with a lot of help from Google LOL
It's mostly experience - I've been using Excel since 1986!
