=WORKDAY.INTL(WORKDAY.INTL(E83,26,1,$U$1:$U$2)-1,1,"1010111",$U$1:$U$2)
if in U1:U2 is list of holidays.
I only didn't catch your examples - 07 Nov 18 is not Friday, perhaps you mean 07 Dec 18, etc.
