dates listed on a spreadsheet to populate a central calendar

I want to take a spreadsheet that we use for tracking Quality Review dates with the associated deliverables, and make those dates, along with project name and that particular deliverable, populate to a central calendar so that the person who does the quality reviews can keep track of what is coming up for the next week.  Any suggestions on how one might go about doing that?
