Data Validation

Question

I have a spreadsheet that the team are sharing and have inserted data validation drop downs.

These have stopped working, cannot select from list, cannot remove dalat validation either.

When I select the column and click Data Validation the only options left ,not greyed out are circle data validation and clear circled data validation.The DataValidation option is greyed out so I cant remove the data validation in settings.

Any ideas?

Can you attach a copy of the problem file ( removing all the data if sensitive )
