Customizing filters

Hello, i’d like to know if there is a way to group certain contents of cells and filter by that main group. E.g, )please see attached) I’d like to group “Toronto, ON”, “Ottawa, ON”, “Markham, ON …” into “ON”; “Montreal, QC”, “Quebec City, QC” into “QC” and filter by the provinces only. The way I have it now is with an extra column with just the provinces’ names in there. Thank you!
