Custom Text and Multiple results in a cell

Ok, on Tab "1 Month Production Schedule" I want cells F8:AG18 to display "Panel Fabricators: #", "Panel Field Teams: #", "Glass Fabricators:#", and "Glass Field Teams:#" with the number being determined by the "Duration Calculator" tab with the date range being determined by columns L, Z, AE, AF, AK, AQ, and AR; while manning numbers come from columns E, M, R, and S. Again, I want to apologies for this being a mess, this program has grown in scope and complexity a lot recently. At it's core it is a tool for estimating the duration of work, but if you know the duration you can determine other things like schedule and cost; which is why this thing continues to grow.
Since the one month only show a month and all of my sample data start past a month all of the returns that I am looking for are 0.
