custom subtotal in pivot table greyed out
I am trying to work out a 13 week average for my work, however when i go to field settings, custom subtotals is greyed out.
I have looked online to try and find a solution, however none of them are applicable to me.
I am working with version 1902.
Hopefully someone can help.

this is hard to troubleshoot without seeing your data. Can you post a small sample file with dummy data and point out where the problem is?
