Custom Conditional Formatting Argument: cell reference - cell reference minus 180 days
Here are the following factors:
Narrative Scenario: Applicants are required to submit appraisals with their applications; appraisals cannot be older than 180 days from the submittal date. Applicants who submit appraisals beyond the 180 day threshold will be disqualified.
| A | B | C | |
| 1 | Applicant 1 | Applicant 2 | |
| 2 | Application Date | 8/1/2021 | 7/1/2021 |
| 3 | Appraisal Date | 3/1/2021 | 11/1/2020 |
what's the proper syntax for conditional formatting argument to highlight cells that would indicate disqualification?

- domdelCopper ContributorThank you. This worked. The problem I had was Excel was adding quotes to the formula. Once removed, it worked.
