Creating an Add to list Macro

Hi all, 

I'm working on a way to make my shopping experience easier. Im trying to collate all of my recipes and make an add to list button, which will in turn add the ingredients and the amounts to a shopping list both individually and singly. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
