For Sarah/VA, you could use INDEX/XMATCH:
=INDEX(Sales,XMATCH(E10,Regions),XMATCH(E4,Names))With the attached workbook I've created dynamic items for 'names', 'regions', and 'sales'.

Here's a 365 solution:
