For Sarah/VA, you could use INDEX/XMATCH:
=INDEX(Sales,XMATCH(E10,Regions),XMATCH(E4,Names))With the attached workbook I've created dynamic items for 'names', 'regions', and 'sales'.
Here's a 365 solution:
=LET(col, XMATCH(E4, Sheet2!C2:K2), CHOOSECOLS(Sheet2!C5:L9, col, col + 1))- Is there an alternative formula that we can use to support if we gain more regions or need to break out the sales status further down the line?
