Creating a List from Another List using Criteria: Y/N

=FILTER('Sheet 1'!A2:A200, 'Sheet 1'!BB2:BB200="Y", "")
Replace Sheet 1 with the name of the sheet with the source list.
=FILTER('Sheet 1'!A2:A200, 'Sheet 1'!BB2:BB200="Y", "")
