Creating a Dashboard in Excel
Hello,
I have a backlog of tasks from different teams (Accounting, reporting, etc), and I'm looking to create a more efficient way to display the high level status of all the tasks. I'm thinking that a dashboard with different charts displaying who the task is with, expected dates/timeline for the tasks, etc, would be a good way to show this information. It would be more efficient to have one page in which I can filter the charts to display the tasks by the different teams, or show all them together. Does anyone have any tips or videos showing how to do this?
