try this:
=INDIRECT(CONCAT("@'W:\_Devis\Devis ";B2;".xlsx'!Toto"))

    I have try without concat by using &
    =INDIRECT("@'W:\_Devis\Devis "&B2&".xlsx'!Toto")
    same result an over idea ?
