Save your workbook first, because it can be tricky to back out the following change if you don't like the results.
To change the formatting of the X (horizontal) axis, click the chart to give it focus, then click the X axis values such that you see them surrounded by a box. Right-click there to see the context menu, and click "Format Axis..." on that menu. You will get a tool section slide in from the right of the chart:
Click on the "> Labels" section to expand it, and click the radio button for "Specify interval unit" (if necessary), and change the number in the adjacent input box.
I also experimented today with user-controlled monthly and weekly summaries; see the attached workbook.

SnowMan55 You have been very helpful. I do have one more question. Is there a way to show a break between weeks to highlight the weekend? 5 columns, break, 5 columns and so forth.
Thanks

Definitely possible. In fact, if you choose to use just dates for the X-axis labels, you get that automatically! See the upper chart on the (new) DlyChrt worksheet in the attached workbook.
However, you chose to append a range of times to the date values. Excel does not attempt to parse meaning from that text, so it does nothing special with the charting.
Of course, you can add "phony" workday rows (for the weekends) to the Daily worksheet, as I have done for Sep. 3, and that will leave gaps in the chart.
