COUNTIF error [SOLVED]
COUNTIF function does not seem to be working for the following scenario: 1. first sheet is skills sheet: simple list of skills and categories; type Y in a column and that employee gets the skill ...
Thanks but unfortunately that does NOT fix the issue.
I think (?) you locked the reference range in the COUNTIF ?
- but when I add a bunch more skills to the employee and make the UNIQUE list longer → the count is still locked to the original range.....
* at least the count is working thank you I could not even get that done
can this count a dynamic range appearing in the category column?
