    As variant

    =SUMPRODUCT( ISEVEN(ROW($B$2:$B$13 ))*ISNUMBER($B$2:$B$13)  )
=SUMPRODUCT( ISODD(ROW($B$2:$B$13 ))*ISNUMBER($B$2:$B$13)  )
