copy command
Hello,
I am a business user. I am trying to copy this command to the other rows. I created a data validation and rules. The rules, it makes me make a new rule for every row. I am trying to copy that rule / data validation to every row. Even copy and paste, and the drag down command doesn't work. The data validation is a drop down options that shows "requested" and "confirmed". The option correlates with the color highlighting the row. Please let me know if you know how to help. Any questions just ask. thank you.

Not sure what exactly you'd like to copy. Perhaps conditional formatting rule which highlights another row. At the same time it's not clear why do you need to copy such rule. In general you have two colors (formatting), thus you need only two conditional formatting rules applies to entire range.
Or you would like to apply data validation to the cell(s) in new rows?

SergeiBaklan I am having difficulty applying the range and making it for the whole column

If that's conditional formatting you may apply rule as
Apply it to you entire range. In formula B is the column with drop-downs and range starts from row #1. When we use $B1. Be sure for the row we take relative reference and for the column absolute one.

Copy only data validation (validity rule) from cells
Select the cell that contains the data validation to be copied.
Activate copy mode (Ctrl + C).
Highlight the target cells.
Right-click a cell in the selection.
From the context menu list, select Paste Special.
In the Paste Special dialog, check Validation (Ctrl + Alt + V).
Confirm your setting. by clicking OK.
