Coping into random place continious formula

Hello, Is it possible to copyng A1 to C3 the answers goes to A2 ? Best,

After I've examined the attached sheet ,, honestly I'm unable to understand the issue,,, but let me suggest a few.

1. Select A1, hit Copy command , reach to C3 & use Paste Special ,, tick the option FORMULA.
2. In C3 write =A1,, now both A1 & C3 will be linked.
