Convert to different time zone
Hello there
I'm trying to convert a time column from Pacific to CET, but I keep getting #VALUE!. I suspect it has something to do with how the original time column is formatted, however I have already tried General formatting and several different time formats, and I keep getting the error. Any suggestions? In the screenshot, both columns are in General format, but I've already tried all others.
This is what the original time cell contains
The column time_into_rr_hms contains text values. Check whether there are spaces after the "time" values, and if so, remove them.

- Yep, I figured it out just a moment ago. I solved it by pasting to Notepad and then back to Excel, removing the space at the beginning added by notepad. Thanks!
