Convert d.hh:mm Text to [h]:mm Duration

Hello,

I am a newbie to Excel and I have this sheet where the Duration has been listed in the format of d.hh:mm.

I need it formatted into [h]:mm. E.g., '2.04:37' will become 52:37 (52 hours 37 minutes).

Is there any formula through which it is possible to do this? It would be really helpful.
