Conditonal formatting dates
I am trying to format a training spreadsheet but really struggling. I have a list of employees and the dates they completed specific training modules. What I'm wanting to do is format the dates ...

The fill color of the dates has been set to green as default.
Click in one of the dates and click Conditional Formatting > Manage Rules... on the Home tab of the ribbon to view the rules. You can select each of them in turn and click Edit Rule... to see the details.
