Try these formulas:

=COUNTIF($F2:$G2,"*put*")=2

=COUNTIF($F2:$G2,"*call*")=2

=AND(COUNTIF($F2:$G2,"*put*")=1,COUNTIF($F2:$G2,"*call*")=1)
