Conditional formatting

I want to change the colour of a cell in excel based on the number i put in to it. I want the cell to change colour for 3 different ranges of numbers.
1,2,3,4 would be red, 5,6,7,8 would be blue, 9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20,21,22,23,24,25 would be yellow. The number would be white so you could see it. But just by looking at the sheet filled with date the colours would be easily viewed.

Here's a guide... change ranges as required.
Thank You. I dont know were in conditional formatting I enter those formulas. What type of rule do I use.
